If you missed the Good Style Fashion Show this year, you can catch our collection, called Cleveland Staycation, in the short video below. This was our third year participating in the show, which features Goodwill finds made fresh for the runway.

Wool Overs is not pulling the wool over your eyes when they say their natural fiber clothing is an amazing value. The company offers wool, cashmere and cotton knitwear, mainly in classic styles, for both men and women. They were nice enough to send me a piece to review, and I chose a ballet wrap cardigan, made from silk and cotton, in natural white — perfect for cool summer evenings.

The cardigan is everything they said it would be: soft, comfortable and versatile — three qualities I love in my clothing. This cardigan can be casual or dressy and can be tied in different ways to achieve different looks.

Maria, who guessed that we paid $3.50 for the adorable Vertigo Paris snap-button jacket in black, made in France. Actually, we paid $4 (see the photo), but Maria’s guess was closest.

Maria wins a pair of tickets to the 5th Annual Good Style Fashion Show on Thursday, May 7!

If you didn’t win, you can still purchase tickets. Several options are available, including VIP tickets for $90 and discount tickets for $30. No matter which you buy, you’ll still get heavy hors d’oeuvres, a drink ticket, boutique shopping, a gift bag and, of course, the runway show!

Win Tix to the Good Style Fashion Show!

We’re giving away a pair of tickets to the 5th Annual Good Style Fashion Show on Thursday, May 7.  The only thing you have to do is guess how much we paid for a piece we’ll be using in the show. (Not in the mood to try your luck? Just go ahead and purchase your tickets.)

Our theme for this year is Cleveland Staycation, and we’ve put together outfits for many of the top “things to do” around town such as the Cleveland Orchestra, Great Lakes Science Museum, Metroparks Zoo, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Hessler Street Fair and more. The 2015 Good Style Fashion show will be held Thursday, May 7, at Windows on the River in the Flats. The cocktail hour, with heavy hors d’oeuvres, begins at 6 pm, and you’ll have plenty of opportunity to shop the goods at the Goodwill Pop Up Boutique.
